stripping the paint. This vehicle is removed from the frame and the entire vehicle shell, frame and engine are pressure washed to remove oil, gunk and
dirt. We are now replacing the Floor Pans, Lower Door Skins
Once the 1st set of Bodywork and Imperfections have been preformed, the vehicle is primed with a rust protection and, a tracer coat is applied and sanded to ensure a straight body line.
Additional replacement panels are pre-fit to the vehicle and gaps and alignment are check. The vehicle is then primed again and a tracer coat reapplied, it receives a final blocking and the doors,
hood and fenders are removed from the vehicle. everything is washed, masked and prepped for refinish.
Check each panel for alignment and gap to assure a straight body line. Clean and Wash Vehicle and Prep the vehicle for refinish. Seal Vehicle, Apply Five (5) Coats of Base and
Six (6) Coats of Glamour Clear. The first stage is to apply color to the jambs and edges of the car and underneith/back of the parts. This vehicle is 2 tone so we apply the white
first.
We then Wet Sand and Block the entire vehicle, using a (3) stage Buffing Process. Stage One: Compound Buff….Buff vehicle with course compound to remove wet sand
scratches. Stage Two: Polish Buff….Buff Vehicle with Mid Cut Compound to remove Compound Swirls. Stage Three (Final) …. Buff Vehicle with very fine Polish to remove all
swirls, and bring to a Lustrous Finish. After all of that is completed we finish re-assembling the vehicle wash and Detail interior and Prep for Delivery.
